1) The user is responsible for the entire web content. It is being advised that the user shall keep the copies of the content safe and make their own back up regularly to prevent any damage to your website or server content hosted on Asianet servers.

2) The user is hereby intimated that to back-up all of your User Content so that you can access and use it as and when required. Asianet does not warrant that it backs-up any Account or User Content, and the user agrees to accept as a risk the loss of any and all of your User Content in case of any hacking/ loss of data.

3) Further to the above the user shall be solely responsible for undertaking measures to: (a) prevent any loss or damage to their server content; (b) maintain independent archival and backup copies of their server content; and (c) ensure the security, confidentiality and integrity of all contents stored on our servers. Asianet shall not be held responsible for the same.
